A deep understanding of materials is essential to know how each reacts to different cleaning agents, correction pastes, and coatings.
Every polish and correction is preceded by a 5-step external deep cleaning process, which is crucial to ensure we're working with a clean paint surface, not spreading contaminants around, thus preventing further damage.
This service is available exclusively as part of the ServFaces Coat Ultima ceramic coating treatment.
We mask off sensitive surfaces that shouldn’t come into contact with correction pastes, and once our work is complete, we remove all residue from every crevice—there will be no trace left that the car has undergone correction.
For used cars, we generally recommend removing 95-98%* of the scratches, resulting in a significant visual improvement that makes the car look almost new.
light Polishing
Primarily aimed at enhancing the shine of cars in perfect condition, not for scratch removal. For untouched and new cars, the ServFaces ceramic coating includes the polishing. The polishing process is hologram-free and is an integral part of the ceramic treatment.
One-Step Correction
Designed to remove fine washing micro-scratches and holograms. If your car has been washed 1-2 times already, it’s almost certain that at least a one-step correction will be necessary. The one-step correction is hologram-free, and if we’re not satisfied with the result, we’ll also perform the polishing.
Multi-Step Correction
For the hologram-free removal of micro-scratches from incorrectly washed cars. If the car was dried using a silicone squeegee, chamois cloth, or has been through an automatic car wash, it’s almost certain that multi-step correction will be necessary.
The following damages can be removed:
Fine surface scratches
Bird droppings etching*
Insect residue marks*
Incorrect polishing marks
Water spots and acid rain etching
Severe orange peel texture or hazing
For non-metallic paint cars, multi-step correction is generally required.

After the multi-step correction, the surface will be completely rejuvenated, and 95-98% of the damage can be removed without a trace.
* We can remove up to 99.99% of the damage, but in this case, the completion time will be significantly extended, and an additional fee will apply. In exceptional cases, it may not be possible to remove all the damage; in such cases, color polishing or, in worse scenarios, repainting may be required, which will require a professional painter.
The prices above apply to the full day (6 hours per person, totaling 12 hours) of corrective work by a maximum of two people. We can restore even heavily scratched cars, but if the work extends beyond this time due to the car’s scratches, additional fees may apply. It is easy to determine if a car has been through an automatic car wash based on the depth and location of the scratches. The improper use of silicone squeegees or chamois drying towels is equally damaging and can cause deep scratches, especially in curves, which are difficult to remove, thus requiring an additional fee for the increased labor.
Our company philosophy is to always choose the safest and most refined methods, and we inform our clients about the maximum achievable improvement without compromising the integrity of the paint by excessively thinning it.
After correction, existing stone chips may become more visible on the surface as the corrective paste removes the debris lodged in them. These can be touched up with repair paint, which provides a permanent solution, though it does not replace repainting, so it will not be perfect. Stone chips are considered existing defects. If protective film is applied to a car with existing stone chips, its function will solely be to preserve the current condition, even despite the touch-up paint.
